How do I choose the right leash length?
All of our leashes are fully adjustable, so you can wear and use them in the way that feels most comfortable for you.
The sliding loop lets you go hands-free by wearing the leash around your waist or across your body, but it can also be used as a traditional hand-held leash. Keep in mind that the effective length will vary slightly depending on how you choose to wear it.
Here’s a general guide to help you choose:
- 3–5 m (10–16 ft) — Ideal for everyday walks, city streets, and neighborhood strolls.
- 5–7 m (16–23 ft) — Great for parks, open spaces, and giving your dog more freedom while staying connected.
- 10–15 m (33–49 ft) — Best for hiking, recall training, tracking, and working with a professional trainer or practicing obedience in open areas.

What leash width should I choose?
As a general guideline, our 8 mm rope is ideal for dogs weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs), while our 10 mm rope is better suited for dogs over 20 kg (44 lbs). However, your personal preference matters too. Some people simply prefer the feel of a thicker rope in their hand, while others find a lighter, slimmer rope more comfortable.
What if my preferred rope color is unavailable?

Are your products waterproof?
Our rope leashes are not waterproof. The rope we use naturally absorbs water, which means it may become slightly heavier when wet and shrink a little as it dries. This is a normal characteristic of the material and does not affect the leash’s functionality.
How do I clean my leash?
You can machine wash or hand wash your leash in water up to 30°C (86°F). We recommend placing it in a laundry bag before machine washing to prevent the hardware from hitting the drum or catching on other items.
Please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may affect the color of the rope.
If your leash has been exposed to salt water, be sure to rinse it thoroughly with fresh water afterward to help preserve the rope and hardware.
Where are your products made?
Every one of our products is handcrafted in Barcelona, Spain. We carefully make each piece by hand, paying close attention to quality, durability, and every detail along the way.
Do you test your products before selling?
Absolutely. Our two biggest product testers—and the reason this brand exists in the first place—are Cava and Euphoria. Every new design is tested by them first to make sure it’s comfortable, practical, and ready for real adventures before it reaches your dog.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that all of our products are handmade to order, so during particularly busy periods, slight delays may occasionally occur. If that happens, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In most cases, orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to countries across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
